I wont spoil the many great twists and unconventional, yet surprisingly logical, interpretations of the traditional Moses story. Suffice to say that the premise to the book is that the Moses is trying to recover and restore an ancient power that existed on the earth before Noahs flood, presumably from the original Adam and Eve. The remnants of this power are scattered across Egypts ancient structures as strange and mysterious artifacts but the true nature of their purpose eludes everyone, even the greatest minds of Egypt, Ethiopia, and the Israelite slaves (Apiru as the book calls them).

Moses searches for answers to the origin of these artifacts as he simultaneously searches for answers to his own origin and the true nature of his own purpose.Unknown Moses is classic page turner. The narrative is brisk, full of action and hard to put down. Its obvious that the subject matter was well researched but the book never gets bogged down in historical study. The goal is always to tell a great story and in this it succeeds magnificently. In many ways this book reminds me of some of my favorite fantasy novels where we follow a hero as he/she embark on an epic journey of self-discovery and in the process discover their true power.Steven GridleyNYC Author and Playwright
